Can I freeze this?

It is pretty much rice boiled and then fried with peppers, veges, chicken etc?

We did add egg but only to half, can we freeze the half with no egg? We have WAY too much?

I would freeze it. I would also make sure it is heated to within an inch of its life (!) after the 2nd portion is subsequently defrosted and later reheated!

I would! I freeze rice all the time & never have any problems. Just reheat it really well, like brusselssprout says & I would have thought it'd be fine

Yeap freeze it, even the egg one, but defiently make sure its well cooked after defrosting
