Healthy packed lunch ideas needed please

As part of our new healthy eating we have put both of the children on packed lunches. Now one of the main reasons we are doing this is to help dd who has communication difficulties/concentration problems.
Would appreciate any healthy, filling ideas for packed lunch.
We need to avoid bread as much as possible.
Thanks

Yes she does like pasta and tuna so that's a good idea.
Does anyone know if pitta breads have yeast in as we are really having to limit her yeast intake.

Fruit - grapes, apples, satsumas, strawberries, pineapple pieces,
cucumber
will she eat egg mayonnaise? (it smells though so maybe not)
Oat bars you've made yourself so you know what's in them
baby tomatoes

Blossomhill

Agree about packing healthy lunches - we do the same - my dd cannot have bread due to a yeast allery so we do wraps everyday -pittas do have yeast in them - turkey and salad is her favourite. She loves the Tomato wraps that Tescos do.

She also has attention probs and has been on fatty acid supplements now for 5 years - the best ones we have found are MoreEpa minis, which have double the epas than EyeQ. I found them on the internet, just search on MoreEpa

Thanks everyone for all of your help.

Well I have bought and made some popcorn from kernals today. So will give her a little bag of those. With a little sandwich (organic brown bread) and ham, strawberries and grapes, organic yoghurt, little cubes of cheese, pinapple juice.

I have decided that as we only have to cut down her yeat a very small sandwich every few days isn't going to hurt. It's the fact she isn't having marmite that is the real bonus!

Cold chopped chicken, chopped avocado and cherry tomatoes mixed with Pizza Express salad dressing (or just olive oil for really healthy).
