Can I just say that I have just started making homemade chicken nuggets too - for my incredibly fussy 9 year old - I followed Crunchie's recipe on that other thread - GOD BLESS YOU CRUNCHIE! Both dds love them, and I am just so happy to see dd1 finally eating chicken. I could kiss you crunchie, I really could. They are delicious, dh and I love them too!

Yes me too Nemo, I am enjoying walking straight passed the processed/ready meal section.

I have got the dinner lady recipie book and it's really good.
On next week's menu is:
Tuna pasta bake
Australian pie (which is egg, potatoe and cheese)
Cheese yorkshire puddings
Bean burgers (with kidney beans)
Cauliflower cheese
Macaroni cheese

God how much cheese have I got on our menu????
