I dry fry them but they burn quickly so you have to watch them

I always add a handful or two to a big cous cous salad, along with olives, roasted red peppers, chopped onions, artichokes ( from a jar!) and coriander....deeeelish!.The other thing I do someties is mix them up with ricotta cheese and put the mixture into a veg lasagne - also deelish>

Fry in a bit of oil and add to spinach and bits of ripped up bread ripped up which has also been lightly fried. Gorgeous as a side dish.

Add to bulgar wheat with raisins adn cinnamon and eat as a side dish or use to stuff peppers with. And then eat!
