my ds loves his yoghurts and fruit having difficultiy feeding him his main course though. Makes out that hes tired and then moans until he gets what he wants . tried mising it alltogether but he soon got wise to that any ideas
try finger size food, i.e carrotts cut in sticks sort of thing, my ds did this and by giving him finger size food and letting him get on with it help me get what he need into him..
intersperse mouthfulls .. one of yogurt one of main course ..
Try sweet foods such as sweet potatoes, my dd loves them.
Mix a tiny bit of gravy with things like mashed carrot, potato, other veg.
