Risotto Issue- I have no parmesan, what can i use instead?

I have some chedder and hard grated italian cheese.
Would either of these be ok? I know it won't taste as good but a bit stuck TBH.

try a bit of both. Cheddar goes a bit stringy but still tastes good. I love risotto.
