We always have threads about what we are having for tea. Thought I would do something different.
So what do you have for breakfast today?
I've got a bowl of muesli. Not very exciting eh? Bet someone out there has something exotic.

Cup of coffee and a fag!

Decided that wasn't enough to do a gym workout on, so a slice of toast and some sugarfree jam.

DH made pancakes (crepe kind) for DD and DS. I'm just about to have a fried egg sandwich.

I have only had a cup of tea; nothing to eat as yet. I really struggle with eating first thing. Might have some toast in a minute. DH and DD both had cereals, toast and hot chocolate.

But what I'd really like is bacon, poached egg, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, 2 rounds of wholemeal toast with butter, plus a cafetier of real (not decaf) coffee.

If I had the same appetite all day that I have in the morning, I would be sooooo slim
