I would have loved to do it but am packing to go away for the weekend, but am glad to see this is a series and not just a one-off this time, so will def. do it next week.

Menu:-
Warm goat's cheese salad with an apple and walnut vinaigrette

Salmon en croute with herbed new potatoes and garlic sautéed broccoli

Caramelised rhubarb and ginger crumble with clotted cream

er, do you all have tvs in your kitchen?
I don't see the point I'm afraid.

That sounds nice, I'll be watching and would do the cook along but I don't have a tv in the kitchen.

I am sky plussing the series. I won't be cooking along live but may do it another time. I loved the first one with Chris Moyles.

Will watch / record and then will try over wekend if the recipes look good - I think rhubarb is a bit out of season now - should have thought about that - why not do pears or something more availbale now. Gordons recipes do tend to work well - coffee cake thing has gone down well several times .

i dont have a TV in the kithcne either

am very confident cooking most things with or without a recipie book as i 'just know' so certainly dont need to watch to find out how to do it.

i ahve already made my toffee apple crumble for pudding tonith and will be making a yummy chicken and rice dish for girls night supper in a min

we just have breadsticks and houmose for 'starter'

I tried to do it last time but it was a bit too fast for me . Think I will record it and do it another night when I can pause it ...

Not keen on the sound of the pudding though

I'll be watching too (hopefully) Is it on Channel 4?

I will never make the starter though.

(hehehe Flier)

We will be watching but not cooking.
I'm ill anyway but still it's too late for us to eat.
Once I'm better we'll pick a show and tape it, and then cook along on the Saturday, timed to eat during X-Factor. I think it'll be great fun.

Jesus Christ, it's like cooking on speed, how the hell are you supposed to keep up? Do you have to have all the ingredients lined up in little bowls like your own cookery show? Thank God, I haven't got a tv in my kitchen, trying that whilst sipping wine would be a recipe for disaster, excuse the pun!

onceinalifetime - it helps if you're not MNing as well.

pmsl, duchess I am merely observing whilst sipping wine - I do the same with exercise videos - checking first whether it's worth the effort.

How bloody annoying was Patsy Kensit ? Daft tart

Grub looked good though
