QUICK! Chocolate cake recipe - nowt fancy just a nice chocolate cake for children..

Please, please I can't find my trusty chocolate sponge recipe, and I need to make a birthday cake now!

3 eggs
3 dl sugar
2 1/2 dl flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsps vanilla essence
125 melted butter

200 degrees for 35-40 mins.

melted butter? what do I do with that? I'd normally mix sugar with butter...?
and what is dl?

dl = decilitre, approx a cup.

mix egg and sugar
add all the dry ingredients plus vanilla essence
add melted butter last.
