I've started baking like a demon and want to make something for my dad who is diabetic. I weighed it all out but I had as much Splenda in the bowl as I would have had sugar, which can't be right. All I can find on google etc is 100g = 8 tbsp and 1 tbsp = 15ml, none of which makes the slightest bit of sense to me.
Does anyone know how many grams it would be?
