If I cooked it on Monday...

Sorry another one of those boring "is it safe?" questions. Made Spag Bol sauce on Monday been on fridge since. Is is too late to freeze it?

Will be fine - as long as you defrost and use on the sameday when u get it out. FYI - used to work in a Bistro and we cooked HUGE vats of ragu (bolog meat sauce) once a week would keep the sauce in the fridge for during the week - reheated in batches as needed. Also it tastes better after a couple of days as do all stews and the like.
