I bought a packet of it recently and it went down really well with DH on some chicken. However, it was much too peppery for DS.
Having done it once, and having seen what was in the packet, I spotted fairly quickly (oh I'm clever, I know) that I might actually be able to make my own.
So. What do you put in yours?
I hear you can freeze breadcrumbs. What sort of food processor do you need to make them in the first place (I don't have one as yet) Is there an alternative to food processing to make the crumbs?
All sounds a bit basic I know but am interested in what you do with yours. Thanks.
