defrost or cook from frozen

i am going to have a go at batch cooking, pasta sauce, lasagne, cottage pie, roasted veg, soup etc so what can i cook from frozen and what do i need to defrost first

Do you mean once you've batch cooked it and then frozen it?

Personally, I always defrost first.
