help, has anyone made Nigella's Norwegian Cinnamon Buns?

The recipe says 'flour'. Do you think she means strong bread flour, or just plain flour?

In every other recipe she specifies plain, s/r, strong, whatever. Harrumph at irksome slipshod ways

I made these ages and ages ago. With bread flour...

They were lovely.

i'd say if the recipe has yeast use bread flour, otherwise plain.

I do a (different)recipe of hers that includes "flour" and i use plain.

I have made these several times and I think I used plain flour actually, not bread flour. And they came out very nice indeed.
