braised sausgaes? gosh never heard of that. do you mean like a sausage casserole?
uh - cook some sausages with a sauce from what you have??be brave - go off piste without a recipe
sausages semi cooked, then laid in a dish and covered in gravy placed in oven for remaining cookin time (or a tin of tomatoes)
We love braised sausages in our house.I lightly brown the sausages, chop potates and sling it all in the slow cooker (if you have one), if no slow cooker, put in oven on a low heat until potatoes are cooked and then serve with any other veg (sweetcorn is particularly nice)
braised sausages to me is what you get when you cook sausages in the slow cooker (brown first), perhaps with a few veg and bits tucked around
