Coconut maccaroons - is that how you spell them? I had some on holiday & I need to make some to cheer me up
(17 Posts)I can hardly taste anything - so I thought coconut/cherries & chocolate might make me happy
Come on, come on - I'm ready to melt the chocolate......
Maybe 3 and a half minutes is a bit needy.....sorry
I don't have a recipe, but there are some great ones which we can get in our local supermarkets. Called Mrs Crimbles - they have drizzles of chocolate on them and are really moist and yummy. Just thought I'd mention it in case you have a supermarket nearby and don't have the energy to bake them!
They are the ones I had on holiday
They don't sell them round here
I don't have much energy - it's either cook or breathe....but I want chocolate
I guess I could just melt the chocolate and lick it off a spoon
I just feel I want more somehow?
they're lush aren't they? they might get to you soon - started in one supermarket here (west london) and now even in the local tiny tesco metro. soimetimes lurk in gluten/wheat free section rather than normal cake section.
in the meantime, i'll go and have a look in my cookbooks for you...
I have Mrs Crimbles on order from Saisburys and it is about to arrive......
[http://www.ocado.com/webshop/getSearchProducts.do?clearTabs=yes&entry=Mrs+Crimble here] mmmm they are yummy
MB could you email me some? Please - I have a cold & am feeling rough
here oops
The Beeb have let me down - that's not it sorry
Sainsburys like them so much they have them on the page TWICE!!
This looks very easy. Just drizzle in as much chocolate you have left after licking it all off the spoon...
sorry, drizzle on
get well soon!
Thanks
Now where did I put my energy.....?
