I have chicken drumsticks. I have three children to feed (one is borrowed) and I want a nice tea too. What do I do?

I saw some woman doing something nice one monring on the TV and then forgot what it was

Marinade with thyme, some olive oil and lemon (rind and juice). Lovely. Not sticky though.

You can use any herbs you like reaally.

ok its not my thread but Overmydeadbodies recipe is delicious Just cover in marinade and roast in oven.

my dcs absolutely love chicken drumsticks marinated and cooked in sweet chilli sauce with a dash of soy, its a winner every time

Ok Ok I'll let you off. But don't forget to do it, it really is delish.

Oh and FWIW I'm buying nothing but drumsticks at the moment. So cheap! We pretend we are Henry VIII when we eat them.

Put them in a roasting tin with some orange juice and Hoi Sin sauce and then roast.
