2 fish kebabs
and 6 makerel to use up.

Eaten tonoght
Out tomorrow
and out saturday

Ideas greatly appreciated.

Cook tuna - flake into mash potato/onion/chives to make fish cakes, you can re feeeze once cooked.

Mackerel - are they already filleted?

Fish kebabs - do you think they will keep in fridge until Friday?

Fillet mackerel, mix cooked flesh with sour cream, a tablespoon of horseradish and pack into ramekins; chill; turn out and serve with jacket potatoes and salad.
