Hi,As the title says.Hubby wants burgers for tea.I have the mince. What do I do next?
I do this - 250g mince25g breadcrumbs (about half a small slice of bread)some beaten eggsalt & peppermix all up together - just enough egg to hold it together.Break into 4 equal lumps, make each into ball then squish flat.Fry in a bit of oil
As above but without breadcrumbs.Sometimes add finely chopped onion and/or herbs, or leave out the egg.
egg? breadcrumbs?I just put meat in themoccasionally onion or diced mushroomsoften a splash of ketchup/worcestershire sauce
Simple = mince and seasoning, easy peasy
Great!! Thank you everyoneWhich one to try
If adding onion - fry it until soft first then the burger hold together better.
Yes - just mince. Shape, chill, grill.
