So I'm about to cook a bolognese sauce with quorn, when I cook it with minced beef i usually leave it on a low heat for hours (so that I can cook while DS naps). Can I do that with quorn or will it go manky?
Quorn does keep its texture quite well (I'm assuming you've got quorn mince) It does need more flavour adding than mince, its a bit bland without. Slow cooking would be fine I'm sure
