YEs you can make bean sprouts. They CAN be eaten raw when sprouted (or cooked after sprouting). By default ALL pulses now tell you not to eat them raw, and to boil for 10 minutes minimum. AFAIK its only kidney beans that are poisonous raw! Soak overnight Put in sprouter - and wash morning and evening Keep in the dark if you want white sprouts. Achieveing fat chinese type sprouts is difficult, but they still taste nice. If they are left out in the light you will get green sprouts. These taste nice too.
