Impressive but surprisingly easy dishes to make
Have been making chilli pepper jelly today but it hasn't set properly.Followed recipe to the letter and used jam sugar with pectin in but still hasn't set firm enough.Is there a way I can rescue it? If I re-boil it all will that work.Please help I am a total novice to jam and jelly making etc. and am relying on these to give out as xmas presents.
I would reduce it quite a bit more.
How much? Recipe only said boil for 3 to 4 mins?
