DS (4) has just announced that he wants a pizza. Since he has been home poorly today I thought I'd do one for him.Anyone know how much flour to use? I've never made only one before and don't have the brainpower to figure out measures...
Me neither! But I suggest you make the same amount of base, cut it in half and freeze the rest!
I tried freezing before but the dough didn't some out very well - a bit stodgy. May start at 75g and see how we go.
I do 'special' Pizza for dd1 when she springs this on me and i have no pizza.Toast one side of a slice of bread.spread with a tom paste, spinkle with a mix herbs cover with grated cheese and toast until cheese is melted.
