just out of interest, what do you have with your gammon when you have it? (if you have it?)

It's going on next weeks shopping list & I wondered if I was missing out on any interesting combinations or things to try with it.

I really fancy a proper mixed grill now.

Gammon, sausage, lamb chop, egg, tomato, mushrooms, black pud.

I boil mine in coka cola. Hve it with cauliflowe cheese and potato croquettes.
Or mashed potato and sauerkraut!

oooh SaintGeorge, if I hadn't eaten already I'd be drooling at the thought of a mixed grill! Although I don't think my freezer contents would do a mixed grill

boiled in cola, that sounds adventurous, with water as well or just cola?

have got to try that, just because it sounds different!
