Was wondering if any of you had any nice Traybake Recipes - I seem to be making the same things all the time.

A whole packet of the fancy Jordans muesli with fruit & nuts
half a tin of syrup
half a pack of butter

melt everything, stir then put in tray and bake for 20 mins.

or
half pack of butter
tin of condensed milk
chocolate
melt all three together and stir
add either maltesers, revels or digestive biscuits or whatever you like
Put the mixture into tray then in the fridge for a while then wolf it with a cup of tea.

Not quite a 'bake', but delicious

Chocolate & prune refrigerator bars
9 oz good milk chocolate
2 oz unsalted butter
4oz digestive biscuits
4 oz ready to eat prunes

Melt the butter & chocolate & mix together. Crush the biscuits & stir them into the melted chocolate with the roughly-chopped prunes.
Spoon into an 8" tin & smooth over. Chill for 1-2 hours, then cut into bars.

Oh I forgot. You can add softly stewed apples or a tin of fruit to the flapjacky stuff.

Whirling Stirling, I make Fifteens, Mars Bar Squares, Malteeser Squares, Carmel Squares. Havent made Malteeser Squares in a while - work out very expensive.

When I was at school, along long time ago, they did this absolutely gorgeous caramel tart thing. Just pastry with gooey caramel on the top. Will you make that please and send me some in the post?

We didn't get anything as nice as that at school - just things like tapioca!
