I have some fresh cod fillets that need using tomorrow, and just wanted something different to do with it I have potatoes, limited veg - sweedes, sweet potato, butternut squash, but frozen cauliflour and mix vegtinned tomatoesHerbsWine all varieties as well as other stock cupboard essentials.So what could I make
And I meant Cod the fish not cod off here rofl

I would make little foil parcels put the fillet in slosh of olive oil/salt pepper. Then tip over a little tinned tomato and if you have any some dried herb.Seal and cook for 15-20 mins lovely
