Impressive but surprisingly easy dishes to make
I've kept the leftovers from yesterday (4 chicken drumsticks, 2 with a small amount of meat on them.I've got the ingredients for Carmenere's basic chicken stock.Now what? Do I keep the meat and add it later? I'm thinking of a clear soup with shredded chicken type thing(I don't want to have sweetcorn or noodles with it btw)Thank you
Make up the chicken stock.Then add the cut up/shredded up chicken and whatever else you want to it once the stock is made.
I'd add parsley, thyme and bay leaves to the stock.And sautee a finely chopped onion and add it to the soup too.
