I've got pork chops for dinner tonight - anyone have any interesting ways of cooking them so I don't resort to the same old veg and gravy option?
Here you go.
I stick then in a casserole type dish with a couple of tins of toms, celery, pepper, onions, mushrooms, garlic, bit of water/stock if necessry......2hrs in hte oven.Thicken with some checken gravy granules cornflour & water 30mins before end.
