Has anyone got one of these please

Just found this in a packing case after two years .Managed to work out how to assemble it but cant work out how to remove the sieve that contains the blade. It wont budge I remember it being tricky before but there was a knack.

Too much to hope that I found the instruction booklet in the same case........

You need to twist it a bit.
