Should I just give in and serve fish all the time?

My 2.3 yo DD is a hearty eater and not really picky by 2yo standards. Recently, though, she's started to refuse any meat besides fish. She will eat almost anything fishy and eats most veg and potatoes etc. She'll also eat vegetarian dishes.

I have 2 questions: 1)can you have too much fish? I'm quite happy to cook a fish/vegetarian menu but is there anything I should avoid serving too often? 2)can anyone point me in the direction of some good vegetarian main dishes that don't involve melted cheese?

Good question, I don't know if too much fish could be bad for you, I did read something a while ago about fresh tuna containing high levels of mercury but just ignored it really, as we only have tinned!

Our kids like;
Mushroom risotto,
Egg fried rice, (with onions, mrooms, peas, corn etc).
Falafel in pittas, with salad.
Omelette,
Vegi curry
Vegi chilli
chickpea tagine (with couscous)
Pasta with homemade vegi sauce
Pasta with homemade mushroom sauce
Roasted butternut squash with couscous
Egg on toast
Beans on toast

I would humour her and then occasionally slip in a meat dish....fish is good so i wouldnt worry too much ..i think she is exercising her right to choose which they quite ofen do at this age
