Okay - I have squandered the day in a whirl of lesson planning and MN and need to get off the computer. What can I cook that is a) veggie and b) will freeze well.I have most store cupboard ingredients, plus onions, peppers, carrots, cheese etc - no potatoes though cos farking Sainsbo's sent rotten ones.Inspire me please!

Hang on- will find you recipe. My mum makes it all the time with a simple tomato sauce and green veggies. It's lovely.(still crying by the way )
here but I don't put cream in it as I never have anyDon't think you need it anyway.
