yummy, and easy. and preferably sweet as I have a very sweet tooth lately. But don't know what, anyone any suggestions?

victoria sponge with either jam and fresh cream or jam and butter cream.8oz self-raising flour8oz caster sugar8oz marj 4 eggs2 tsp of baking powderjust bung it all in a bowl and mix until blended. Split into two greased and lined 8" tins and bake at 180 for 25mins or 160 if fan oven for the same amount of time.
