Muesli/Granola recipes.

Does anyone have some lovely recipes for either muesli/granola or cereal bars?

Granol, I make this for my guests and they really enjoy it.

125 mls maple syrup
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1tsp vanilla extract
300 gr oats
50 gr of each of the following, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds
100 gra flaked almonds

mix all together and bake in 150 c oven for 15 minutes

take out and mix in 100 gr of dried berries and 50gr of dessicated coconut and then bake for a further 15 mins.
