Jamie Oliver's lamb burgers

Just thought I may help some other mum out there looking for cheap eats - we had the above last night and they were really delish, loath as I am to sing the praises of the giant supermarkets!! So I would really recommend giving them a try.......they were super tender, I think as the lemon and mustard kind of softened the meat as they rested for half an hour.

Anyway - lovely stuff.

i have made them twice now, everyone thinks they are just great and a real treat as i NEVER buy burgers, i like them cos you know exactly what is in them!
