I have a recipe in one of her books here: 2oz finely chopped leek 1 onion, finely chopped 6oz grated carrots 1.5 tbps veg oil 6oz grated courgette 2 chopped chicken breasts 1 grated apple 1 crumbled chicken stock cube 1tbsp finely chopped parsley s&p 6oz white breadcrumbs
Coating: Flour 2 beaten eggs seasoned breadcrumbs oil for frying.
Method Saute leeks, onion, carrots in veg oil for 3 mins then mix togther remaining ingredients and chopp in food processor for a few secs. Form into 16 burgers usuing floured hands. Coat in flouyr, then egg, then seasoned crumbs and saute in oil untill golden and cooked through (about 6 mins on each side)
