made way too much making jam & coconut tarts this morning & don't really want to waste it
Yes you can ,I wrap mine in clingfilm, stick it in the freezer then you get it out a few hours before I need it.Dry pastry mix(before you add the wet ingredients) keeps for ages in the fridge in a tub too.
if you have enough tins, roll out into a pie tin or something then you can use it straight from the freezer
fab! thank-you good idea about the tins cranmorefifi but no space left really for tins, am going to struggle as it is but don't want to waste it.
