hi, having a barbie tomorrow, tempted to start marinating the meats now, but wondering if you can actually over marinate?

how long should i marinate, beef, pork, chicken, prawns for?

I don't think it is too early. You can slow down the process by doing it in the fridge.

Do the meat today but I'd leave the prawns til an hour or so before hand.
