Help with coffee and mints!

I know this sounds incredibly thick but I need a bit of help. Tomorrow night I'm having a girl's night in at my friends house and we've agreed she will cook the main course and others will split the rest. I have been allocated coffee and mints and I haven't got a clue what to take. Coffee seems like a strange thing to take to someone's house - I can manage the mints!! I don't drink coffee at all as I don't like it so I don't know much about coffee etiquette, flavours, types etc. What do you think I shoud take? Surely it depends if she's using a kettle, coffee maker, cafetiere etc!!

ask what coffee making tools she has ! then buy a bag of good coffee (strength 4) and maybe look out for some flavoured syrup to add..there are lots of kinds, the nicest being caramel imo ! There are different kinds of ground coffee depending on whether it's a filter or other implement..she may have one of those fancy pod things !
