Kids party food/ adults BBQ food?

Hi. Having a kids party on thursday, need some ideas of what to do as doing an oline tesco shop at the mo! Sandwiches, crisps, fruit and veg and some treats, probably wont have birthday cake as it's not her birthday until bank holiday monday, also not going to do party bags as cant stand them! Thought I would just give balloon and bag of buttons/ milky stars or other ideas please1

Also having a family BBQ on sunday, need some quick ideas please. Sausages, burgers, a salad, new pot salad and maybe a pasta thing. Need some more ideas please. You can tell i dont do this very often!

I love corn on the cob or two at barbecues.

Perhaps some chicken?
