i made sponge cake on sunday. is it still ok to eat?

i made it for DH's gran. but she's been ill and in the hospital. it's been in the fridge since then. just 2 plain vanilla sponges. just sitting there.

that's what i thought. but i should probably just eat the whole thing tonight just in case though right?

oh yes. poor DH has to go to the hospital again. i will eat cake! (i deserve it after the week i've had with DS!!)
