Anyone know where there's a meal planner?

Hi I am an absolute div in the kitchen but really trying to plan meals better which are nutritious and cooked from scratch, hopefully fairly quickly!

Does anyone know where I can find samples of menu planners so that I can get a bit more savvy in the kitchen?

Also, would be really useful if they listed an ingredients list for the shopping.

They have a changing 2 week meal planner with shopping list.
