Are they easy to make?

They seem so expensive to buy plus you get enough for about 3 meals

DD really likes them (but not enough to eat them 3 days in a row)

It's alfalfa isn't it? or mung beans, or something similarly lentilly.

the ones you but are mung beans (called moong sometimes) but you can use any eg chickpeas, lentils. they are very easy but I find home mde ones aren't as long and straight as the ones you buy. I did post some instructions I guess you could search for them, am feeling too worn out to compose coherent directions now!

It's mung beans. I think that they're really easy to sprout as I've seen it as a project for children.

Thanks

I will give it a go

DD is quite keen

Do you have to buy special beans or just ordinary dried ones
