About 3 1/2 years ago Sommerfield magazine had a recipe for banana muffins. I remember being suprised at how little flour and sugar were in them and I made them to take to meet my husband when he flew back from Afganistan at some ungodly hour. No sooner did I get him home he found the magazine in the kitchen and threw it out not realizing it had the recipe in it!
Ever since we have been searching for this particular recipe as we really like the fact it was mostly banana and not much flour/sugar (something silly like just 60g of each).
I know it's a long shot but does anyone keep these magazine or recipes and so may have it squirraled away somewhere? It would of been feb/mar/apr time of 2005.
