Are lattes and cuppucinos enough for my daily milk/calcium intake?

Because that's all I usually ever have. Occasionally, I have cereal and milk but not that often.

Will the caffeine in my lattes cancel out the milk nutrients? Should I be thinking of calcium supplements?

what about cheese? yoghurt?

Cheese, occasionally too. Not keen on yoghurt.
Really, the only stuff with calcium that I consume a lot of are lattes and cuppucinos.
