Friend passed this on to me but the cover recipe (garlic and lemon chicken with couscous) has been torn out. Anyone have the recipe for the chicken marinade please?

Found it...

Serves 6

10 garlic cloves
2 long red chillies, deseeded and chopped
3 lemons, 2 sliced into thin wedges, the other cut into 6 wedges
100ml/3.5 fl.oz olive oil
1 sml bunch parsley, chopped
2 large spatchcocked chickens (or 4 thighs, 4 legs, 4 wings & 4 breasts)

Peel garlic, crush along with chillies, but keep it chunky. mix the thin lemon wedges into this and add oil & parsley.
Place chicken in large container, rub in marinade & chill for at least 3 hrs.
Cook on bbq or griddle pan

Hope that helps

ps - the couscous recipe is on page 98 of Good Food July 2008 - do you have that?
