I have potatoes, cabbage, carrots, lettuace, milk, eggs, garlic, onions, store cupboard stuff like herbs, flour, oil etc.Trying to use up everything we have in before I do a shop.TIA
I would make sothern fried chicken with colslaw and home fries. Fattening but, hell it is saturday.

Just mix dried herbs, plenty of salt and pepper and paprika (or chilli powder) into your flour and then dip the chicken into the flour mix, then into some milk and then back into the flour and then fry. that should do it.
