Are there any natural yogurt drinks without sugar?

Oh - I've just found the Innocent thickies have honey in rather than sugar, so that's good - but are any of the little Actimel-size bottles sugar-free?

All the 'kids' ones seem to have sugar

Make your own? Tis v. easy and a great way of using up slightly squidgy fruit. Freeze well too.

Oh, I like to think I would - but I'd never get round to it

sugar-free ones will be probably contain sweetener, which is worse IMO

can you just dilute normal yog (in pots) with a bit of milk?

Oh yes you're right MrsB that's why I said 'natural' yog drinks

Yes I probably could dilute normal yog or make it with fruit ...

I found a nice organic natural drinking bio yoghurt in Waitrose by Court Lodge, the bottles are 500ml. It was the Swiss cottage one and I couldn't find it in my local Waitrose, but still hoping!

It was lovely and refreshing to drink and I added it to whizzed fruit - yum!

I miss the pro biotic laban that I get in Saudi Arabia, it comes in 2 litre cartons and is wonderful, I haven't found Laban anywhere here.

It's easy to take some plain yog, a banana, some milk, and some other fruit, stick them in a blender, and ta-da!
