Last week I bought a lovely-looking giant avocado, maybe twice the size of a normal one. Not hass. It ripened up fine, and I made guacomole with it today, but the insides were wet. Not nice and greasy, but wet.
Are they always like this? I find non-Hass avos a bit of a crapshoot ...
