bring them to the boil to get rid of some salt and then place them in a baking tray and coat them with a bbq sauce/chilli sauce and cover them with foil and cook on a low heat for about 30/40 minutes.

Yes fine on their own But if you got a bit of ketchup and added some mustard , salt, pepper, chilli powder if you like and a tiny bit of sugar and some garlic and even some cola, that would do too.

If you bung them in the bottom of the oven with some BBQ sauce for about two hours, the meat will just drip off the bone and they will be delish

if you want a quick-fix bbq sauce, mix ketchup and brown sauce in equal parts with a dash of water. Not going to win any healthy eating prizes, but fairly tasty.

Have you got any stuffing? (tha paxo type) if so make it up as normal spread it on the inside of the curve of the rack of fribs cover with foil and slow roast for an hour or 2. Uncover for the last 20mins so the top of the suffing crisps up.

I've been buying these recently from Morrisons and my dh loves them!!
I roast them in the oven with a homemade BBQ sauce on them

for my sauce I use about 4tbsp ketchup, 4 of Soy sauce, a glass of orange juice, 2 tbsp honey Or brown sugar if I havent got any honey! teaspoon mustard, and 2 tbsp vinegar

I've also added other things like brown sauce and Worcester sauce...I tend to make it up as i go along! and quantity wise just add a bit more orange juice or other ingredients if needed and taste to get the balance right before you pour it on the meat!
I then roast it slowly on a medium heat so that the sauce goes sticky.
MMmm!
