That St Ivel Advance Omega 3 milk

Been giving it to the girls for ages now.
DD2 who is 2 loves her milk and has a full 250ml in the am and full 250ml in the pm and the odd bit during the day now and then.

Just seen on the side of the carton that it says RDA is 250ml a day for 7 days.

Won't do her any harm will it????????

Can't imagine why it would,as when they start on the Omega 3 tablets or syrups,you have to double the dose for the first few weeks of taking it,(or it could even be for longer).Pick up the tabs or syrup and you will see,next time you are shopping.
